Melbourne Quarter is a new precinct in the Docklands of Melbourne and most of the buildings and apartments are still under construction and it would not be completed until a few years. One Melbourne Quarter is of the completed buildings.
Within Melbourne Quarter is a Sky Park which is a green area with lawn & plants. It is also accessible by walking up on a spiral staircase which will undoubtedly become popular in the years to come. I expect it to win some awards as it is unique and beautiful. There are not many of these stairs around Australia. You will probably find one inside an office building but not outside.
