West Side Place (WSP) is located adjacent to Spencer Street in the western side of Melbourne CBD. It is a residential project of Far East Consortium (a Hong Kong Property developer). WSP comprises of four residential towers that includes residential apartments and two hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne which is owned by FEC but managed by Marriott International and Dorsett Melbourne (which is part of FEC's own brand, Dorsett Hospitality International).
Prior to the completion of the WSP Project, there was a temporary Arcade which comprises of several room which showcases beautiful commissioned street art.
Today, this mock up room is opened as the Merriment Cafe.
