This year's Christmas celebration in Melbourne is known as the Christmas Festival. As in the previous years, there are light projections. It includes a projection "Melbourne Night Before Christmas" at the State Library of Victoria (SLV), a static projection on Melbourne Town Hall and for the very first time, a projection on Princes Bridge.
